About The ATL
Every Colchester Borough Homes tenant and leaseholder is automatically a member of the ATL. The committee of the ATL is elected every year at the AGM. The role of the committee is to play an important role in giving residents an independent voice. You can look at the ATL constitution here. You can find out more about the ATL in this leaflet.
How The ATL Helps
The ATL can raise issues you may have with Colchester Borough Homes or your home. They can help you represent your case to us. They also play an important role for tenants and leaseholders. They are consulted on a wide range of decisions which we take. They have a chance to influence our decision making process.
Association of Tenants and Leasholders AGM
The AGM will take place on 30th May at Greenstead Community Centre between 2pm and 4pm. Light refreshments will be available.
